Who we are
Narrathub ("we", "us") operates the Narrathub writers community through the Narrathub mobile app (Google Play package: com.narrathub.app) and its online service. Contact us through the in-app "Report an issue" or "Report content" form — we reply by email to the address you provide there.
Information we collect
• Account data: email address, display name, date of birth (must be 13+), optional country, profile bio, and avatar. • Content you create: stories, comments, ratings, bookmarks, reading progress, and optional story covers or videos. • Usage data: pages read, publish activity, streaks, and soft daily limits stored locally on your device. • Device & billing: if you subscribe via Google Play, Google processes payment; we receive subscription status and product IDs to unlock paid features — we do not receive your full payment card details. • Support reports: email address and message content when you contact us.
How we use information
We use your data to provide the service (reading, writing, Explore, comments, notifications), enforce community guidelines, respond to support requests, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database and authentication), hosting providers for our web app, and Google Play Billing for Android subscriptions. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Anonymous analytics may be collected by our hosting platform.
Children
Narrathub is not directed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn a user is under 13, we will delete the account.
Your rights
You can access and edit your profile in the app. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account, or see our Account deletion page at /delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, stories, and comments.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
