Delete your Narrathub account

Narrathub: Writers Community lets you permanently delete your account and associated data from inside the app. You must be signed in.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Narrathub app (or sign in at narrathub on the web). 2. Tap the profile icon (top right). 3. Tap Edit profile (pencil icon). 4. Scroll to Delete account and tap it. 5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Confirm delete. 6. You will be signed out and your account will be removed.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove: • Your account and login credentials (email) • Profile information (name, username, bio, avatar, date of birth, country) • Stories you published • Comments and ratings you posted • Bookmarks, likes, reading progress, and notifications tied to your account • Follow relationships (followers / following) • Uploaded story covers and videos

Data that may be kept

• Support emails you sent us before deletion may remain in our inbox for a reasonable period so we can respond or resolve issues. • Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. • Backups may retain deleted data for up to 90 days before automatic purge, except where law requires longer retention.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual stories from My Library without deleting your account. You can edit or clear your profile bio and avatar from Edit profile. To remove comments, contact us via Report an issue in the app.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, use Report an issue from any signed-in screen and ask for account deletion. Include the email address for your Narrathub account. We will process verified requests within 30 days. Privacy policy: /privacy
